Ordering In-print Books

We can order most in-print books and have them delivered to your door. Supply-chain issues mean that they come direct from our distributor, so we can’t offer the kind of presentation we’d like. But we’re happy that we can at least supply some good reading! Learn more by clicking here.

Events and workshops

We love getting people together to enjoy learning new skills, to share thoughts about books or to expand their horizons.

We have an active calendar of workshops and events. Some are held in our first floor craft workshop and meeting room; some are help off-site.

From talks by the likes of Bill Bryson, Jacqueline Wilson and Salley Vickers to workshops by leading creatives, you’ll find opportunities to stretch yourself - and to enjoy the pleasures of books, crafts and good company!
