Book Returns

We allow 14 Days to exchange, with a receipt. We require a receipt when requesting an exchange and all items must be in good condition to ensure they can be resold. If you do not have your receipt we are unable to exchange or offer any refunds for any items bought.

Event Tickets

You can get a refund 14 days prior to the event taking place. We may consider refunding tickets after this time, if we can find someone buy the tickets.

You may transfer your ticket to someone else if you are unable to use it, but we recommend that you let us know so that we can update our attendee list on the door.
